Ryan has been composing music for television and film for the
last 6 years. During which time he has been called upon to
compose music in a variety of styles. His early training in composition and his dedication to the creative process has been a
key factor in his ability to consistently provide creative, welltargeted music for his clients. A relentless desire to explore the world of music and all its possibilities has led Ryan to pursue studies in world music at the Royal Conservatory of Music to help
augment his formal training in western music and music technology.
As an accomplished producer, pianist, bassist and composer, Ryan has performed with artists
such as Remy Shand, 54-40, Edwin, Damn the Diva and Finger Eleven in addition to producing a
number of albums for Sixgun Ladybug, The Fly Project and the Bryan Sorensen Band.
In 2005, Ryan received a Golden Sheaf nomination for best dramatic music for his work on the
Jessie Wallace film, Yellow Bird.
