QUADEX offers a complete line of geopolymer, epoxy and cementitious lining products to restore the structural integrity
of pipes, manholes, wet wells, pumping stations and other severe duty and storm and wastewater structures. QUADEX
lining products have over 20 years of proven success providing a permanent seal against corrosion, abrasion, infiltration,
and exfiltration… and have an installation life of 50 to 100 years in the harshest environments. QUADEX rehab and
renewal products offer superior physical properties, chemical resistance, impermeability and thick single coat application
capability for quick return to service.
QUADEX DIVISIONS
QUADEX Repair Materials (QRM) manufacturers and supplies state-of-the-art structural and
protective lining products to the trenchless underground restoration market. The QUADEX line
of materials includes traditional hybrid cements, proven epoxies and the new QUADEX GeoKrete
geopolymer. Third party corrosion testing confirms GeoKrete’s corrosion resistance consistently
outperforms calcium aluminate and anti-microbially enhanced Portland cement.
QUADEX Lining Systems (QLS) delivers full structural pipe lining technology, products
and services to the pipe lining industry. QLS enjoys exclusive access to QUADEX GeoKrete
geopolymer for man-entry pipe relining and can deliver both contracting services or licensing
opportunities to GeoKrete and our proprietary pipe lining equipment.
QUADEX Repair Systems (QRS) products address critical repairs needed where a complete
relining is not required; such as offset joints, longitudinal cracks and leaking lateral connections.
The QRS product line-up of proprietary technologies includes Pipe-Robo-Tec internal pipe seals
and Interfit full-main wrap CIP lateral connection seals.
