It is our great pleasure to announce the ICAD BRAZIL 2015 - International Congress of Aesthetic Dermatology and Healthy
Aging – which will be held on June 25th, 26th and 27th, 2015, in São Paulo-SP-Brazil, at the Frei Caneca Convention Center.
The ICAD BRAZIL was created in 2014 under the partnership and scientific collaboration with the Brazilian Society of Aesthetic
Medicine (SOCIEDADE BRASILEIRA DE MEDICINA ESTETICA, SBME) who had been over the last 20 years holding its annual
meeting with success and growth. Based on the same concept of the Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress, AMWC (Monaco)
which is in its 13th edition - and other international events, the ICAD BRAZIL is organized by EuroMediCom (a division of Informa
Group). The event includes the 5 renowned and traditional conferences: Brazilian Congress of Aesthetic Medicine, Healthy
Aging International Congress, International Congress of Dermatology, International Congress of Trichology and International
Day of Healthy Skin.
The ICAD BRAZIL 2014 brought together 1590 participants, top 156 Brazilian speakers, 37 leading international speakers
and 70 major exhibitors. This great success has led the congress and Brazil into the circle of major events and destinations
in this domain.
With higher ambition for the 2nd edition, the ICAD BRAZIL 2015 aims to propose several new and innovative formats in the
scientific programs, workshops and symposia. Exhibitors, sponsors and visitors will appreciate a more modern and optimal
platform, pleasant and conducive to networking and business expansion. Moreover, a series of various services and features can

REGISTRATION FORMALITIES
Pre-registration confirmation
Each attendee registered in advance will receive a confirmation of registration by the
congress office. Please bring a copy of your registration confirmation letter at the onsite registration to speed up the process. If you do not have a confirmation letter and
there is no record payment receipt by the congress office, you will be required to provide
payment on-site, even if you think a payment was remitted previously. Any duplicate
payment resulting will be resolved following the meeting.
On-site registration, badge and congress material pick-up
The congress office registration desk will be located in the Convention Center. Please
keep in mind that on-site registration can be time consuming. Everyone is strongly
encouraged to register at least 15 days prior to the congress. You are reminded to bring
your confirmation letter with you when you pick up your badge and meeting material.
We recommend that attendees allow sufficient time to pick up their badges prior to the
meeting, to avoid the missing of a session.
Please, wear your badge!
Attendees are required to pick up and wear their conference badges at all times
throughout the meeting. No access into the Venue and Congress sessions will be
allowed without wearing the badge. This allows us to ensure adequate security for your
safety. If you misplace your badge, a 300 euros fee will be charged to replace it.
Cancellation
We will refund the complete registration fee less 50 Euros processing fee if written
cancellation reaches us +30 days prior to the congress, 30 % of the total payment if
cancellation made between 30 to 15 days before. No refund is possible at less than 15
days prior to the event and in case of no-shows or early departure. Cancellation will be
processed after written demand and one month after the Congress.
