Marketing Coordinator

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Marketing Coordinator interacts with the executive, sales and engineering teams and is responsible for all
marketing management at the company, including developing and management of the company brand. This role
will report to the VP of Business Development.
ROLE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:










Supporting the development and establishment of the Arzon Solar brand in the industry.
Seeding and building relationships with marketing partners and customers.
Coordinate the production of a variety of marketing communications initiatives.
Develop and maintain social media, brochures and other communication vehicles.
Plan, execute and attend marketing trade shows and events.
Maintain website updates such as events, press releases and photography.
Liaise and assist public relations efforts including press kit development, media list updating, case study
creation, social media, etc.
Manage photography with various tools and service partners.
Participate in budget development and support budget management.
Analyze marketing programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:








Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or organizational development or equivalent work experience.
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
Effective project management and organization skills
Sound understanding of marketing and communication principles.
Effective understanding of the latest technologies and the ability to identify how to apply them in
marketing.
Creative and innovative thoughts and ideas.
Familiar with web / online feedback analytic platforms such as Google Analytics.
Web development experience is a plus.
