Elsevier and the DRG e. V. – German Röntgen Society
– announce collaboration
The agreement provides society members discounted access to Elsevier’s well renowned
radiology products STATdx and RADPrimer
Munich, Germany, September 15, 2015 – Elsevier, a world-leading provider of scientific,
technical and medical information products and services, has signed a collaboration agreement with
the distinguished DRG e. V. (German Röntgen Society).
Together, Elsevier and the DRG are giving society members the opportunity for discounted access to
Elsevier’s industry-leading radiology platforms STATdx and RADPrimer. In addition, the German
Röntgen Museum will receive complimentary access for the duration of the collaboration. With this,
Elsevier is supporting the DRG’s goals of developing new methods of treatment through medical
research, providing high-quality medical education and improving patient care.

STATdx is the largest repository of radiologic content in the world. It is written by renowned
radiologists in each specialty and provides comprehensive and reliable decision support for
radiologists, including over 4,000 common and complex diagnoses, 200,000 expert-selected and
annotated image examples, more than 1,300 differential diagnosis modules, comprehensive normal
imaging anatomy, 20,000 easily-sortable patient cases, and basic and advanced procedures. It is a
unique, easy-to-use, quick online method of answering complex clinical questions.
RADPrimer is a learning environment that helps radiology trainees and radiologists sharpen their
diagnostic skills and increase knowledge. This web-based application is ideal for radiology
residents/trainees. Radiology groups and institutions can track trainee learning and progress along
with documentation and reporting capabilities.
