Delhi‟s devil – air pollution
Air pollution has jumped to number five spot amongst the top killers in India. Prepare a project
report on poor air quality covering following aspects:

Prepare a questionnaire including minimum 5 questions on how the health of metropolitan
cities vs other cities has changed over the last five years. On the basis of which conduct a
survey in nearby area and also write your own conclusion on the same. Include scanned
questionnaire in your movie.

Task: Prepare a pocket guide on First Aid for your school. Your pocket guide should contain the
following:
i. Aid needed to be given for fractures, poisoning, cuts and burns, heat and cold wave and other
threats that are prevalent in your area.
ii. Content shared in the guide should be supported with adequate pictures so as to give a clear and
elaborate understanding about the topic.
iii. Choose awareness campaign strategy for either senior citizens or illiterate people and prepare a
brief write-up.
iv. Doctors, local health practitioners, trained volunteers of Red Cross and professionals from other
agencies/bodies/institutes, proficient in this field can be consulted for help to prepare the first-aid
pocket guide.
v. The pocket guide should be such that it can be used as a ready reckoner for any First Aid related
information.
The project needs to be done individually in a creative and neat manner.
The project report should be of 15-20 A-4 size sheets filed together and spiraled neatly.
You can cover / design the cover page as per your liking.

Planet like Earth aren‟t a dime a dozen. We all have to work for a healthy environment. A number of
government and non government agencies are working towards ensuring clean - green environment and
a safe secure environment. Municipal cooperation in every state, clean up the Yamuna drive, Swachh
Bharat Abhiyan, clean up the world campaign etc are all working in this direction. As a student you too
can contribute by engaging in any one of following activities:
UNLEADED PETROL:
A) Enlist the benefits of using Unleaded Petrol Vs Normal Petrol. Make your parents and extended
family of the pros and cons or the alternatives of using Unleaded Petrol and leaded Petrol.
Visit a Pollution Control Centre at your nearest petrol pump and collect information about the
checks conducted before giving a PUCC- Pollution under Control Certificate. Enlist the
information shared by them and make your parents and extended family aware about it.
B) Refer to Television new and newspaper reports and record how many times the news about the
police has been shared, maintain a record for 15 days. From the record analyze their duties and
conditions under which they work. (You can also interview police personnel if possible). You
can do the same activity with a house maid, chowkidar, driver, sweepers or any other helper.
