DAY 1 OCT 10 SAT: Kathmandu arrival

Air Asia flight depart KLIA2 11.50am. Arrival Kathmandu 2pm. Visit UNESCO World Heritage
Kathmandu Durbar (Royal Palace square - site of the Hanuman Dhoka Palace Complex, which was the
royal Nepalese residence until the 19th century) and Kumari Chowk (home of Kumari, a young girl
chosen through an ancient and mystical selection process to become the human incarnation of the Hindu
mother goddess Durga). Overnight in Kathmandu.
DAY 2 OCT 11 SUN: Kathmandu – Patan - Kathmandu

Visit UNESCO World Heritage Swayambhunath (the 5th-century Buddhist stupa situated on a hill
overlooking the Kathmandu Valley with fantastic views of Kathmandu), UNESCO World Heritage
Pashupatinath (Lord Shiva shrine that is among the holiest Hindu shrine in the world) and Patan City
(UNESCO World Heritage Patan’s Durbar square, Tibetan Refugee camp, Bungamati wood carving &
sculpture village and Khokana Village mustard seed oil village). Overnight in Kathmandu.
DAY 3 OCT 12 MON: Kathmandu – Pokhara

Transfer to Pokhara by road. On arrival, go for boating trip to the Bahiri Temple located in the middle of
Phewa lake. Overnight in Pokhara.
DAY 4 OCT 13 TUE: Pokhara

Visit Vindyavashini temple located in the old bazaar, Mahendra cave, Seti Gandaki River Gorge,
Devi's fall, Gupteswore Mahadev Cave and Lake Begnash. Dinner on your own. Overnight in
Pokhara.
DAY 5 OCT 14 WED: Pokhara – Kathmandu

Morning departure by road to Kathmandu. Arrival in Kathmandu and visit UNESCO World Heritage
Bouddhanath (among the largest Buddhist stupas of South Asia, surrounded by a “Little Tibet”
community). Dinner on your own. Overnight in Kathmandu.
OPTIONAL: you may wish to fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu; air ticket costs RM 450 /person (price
subject to change by airline)
DAY 6 OCT 15 THU: Kathmandu – Bhaktapur – departure

Morning, visit UNESCO World Heritage Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Proceed for lunch. Then transfer to
airport for Air Asia 3.15pm flight home. Arrival KLIA2 10.15pm.
