Bio-Diuretic
Lifestyle Management
Weight Management
Bio-Diuretic is useful for eliminating retained water which occurs during
pregnancy, during monthly periods, or during periods when people may
be confined to bed due to sickness and injury or confined to a wheel chair.
Water may also be retained when the kidneys are not functioning properly
or if the metabolism is impaired.
Bio-Diuretic is an herbal diuretic with camellia sinensis, asparagus root,
dandelion root, and oat straw. In a base of cleavers, couch grass, cubeb
berries, agrimony, and gravel root.
Brings Balance
Agrimony acts by stimulating the excretion of excess water and toxins while
calming the liver, gallbladder, lungs, colon, kidneys, intestines, urogenital
organs, pancreas, stomach and blood.
Asparagus increases cellular activity in the kidneys, and helps clear the
bowels by adding undigested fiber to fecal bulk. This nutrient-dense herb
contains a variety of constituents, including potassium, fiber, vitamin B6,
vitamin A, vitamin C, and thiamin, and is also high in folic acid, which is
essential for the body to produce new red blood cells.
Camellia Sinensis, commonly ingested as a tea, is known for its detoxifying
properties and has been used for centuries to sooth and nourish the digestive
system.
Cleavers is best known as a tonic for the lymphatic system. It is helpful with
dry skin conditions, and has been used to treat cystitis and other urinary
conditions.
Couch Grass can be used to treat urinary infections, and can also help soothe
inflammation and irritation. Couch grass is a natural diuretic that can be used
to help urinary tract infections, and can stimulate urine discharge and help
pass kidney stones.
Cubeb Berry has been shown to be effective in treating digestive ailments and
dysentery.
Dandelion has been used for centuries to purify the blood and flush toxins out
of the body by way of the liver and kidneys. It promotes bile flow and can help
indigestion caused by insufficient bile production. The dried herb contains
potassium, which acts as a diuretic and replaces the potassium needed to
prevent cramps and edema.
