Questions about Medical Benefits, Plan Coverage and Claim Processing :
Call SIEBA, LTD at 800-252-4624 - SIEBA, LTD is our plan administrator and
maintains all the medical information we need. Do NOT Call MagnaCare about Medical
Benefits, Plan Coverage or Claim Processing issues
Question about your Prescription Drug Program:
Call MagnaCare Rx at 888-648-6766 . If you still have an unsolved issue after your call to
MagnaCare Rx please call Sieba to initiate further discussion.
Who is MagnaCare and what do they do??
MagnaCare has two (2) roles in our employee health program:
1. MagnaCare is our medical network for doctors, hospitals and medical services. They are just a
"medical discount network", they are not an insurance carrier. Your doctors and hospitals send
your claims to MagnaCare so that MagnaCare can apply the important service discounts. After
MagnaCare applies the medical service discounts they send the claims to SIEBA, LTD for actual
claim administration and payment.
2. MagnaCare is our Prescription Drug Network. They are the network we use to make
discounted prescriptions available to you.
