Program Overview:
Thank you for participating in Active Network Reward’s Emergen-C Sampling Program. This
program presents the unique opportunity for you to increase interaction with your participants.
The Emergen-C samples should be distributed directly to your race participants at your event
Each Event will receive the following:
 Emergen-C samples (packaged at 360 samples/box)
Shipping Information:
 If you have multiple events approved for the program, you will receive each shipment
of samples prior to your approved event. NOT ALL AT ONCE
 All samples will be arriving between 1-3 days before the date you specified in your
enrollment form.
 If you have not received your shipment by 4pm on the day you specified in the
enrollment form please contact Rewards immediately at [email protected] or
1.800.895.2582.
Distribute the Samples:
 Advertise the program in your newsletter and/or other communication vehicles to
create pre-program excitement and remind participants to pick up a sample.
 Put samples in goodie bags OR in high traffic area such as the registration, sign-in table,
packet pickup location, or entrance.
 Offer the product samples to race participants as they finish your event.
 Use this as an opportunity to engage with your participants.
Document and Provide Feedback:
 Remember member and staff comments about the Emergen-C product after they have
received their sample and/or purchased the product
 Take several photos (5 to 7) and show Active Network Rewards your sampling program!
 Ideal photos feature race participants holding up the product sample, group photos of
your staff and volunteers with the product, as well as pictures of where the samples and
posters are set up.
 Encourage participants to provide their comments about the product after they have
received a sample.
