APPLICATIONS
• These Energy Efficient, latest Inverter based rectifier units are suitable for Manual Metal Arc welding (SMAW) process with all elelctrodes
including specials like 6010, 7010G and 8010G electrodes
• Ideally suitable for light, Medium and Heavy duty, all purpose industrial, structural welding applications both within shop floor and at
project sites
• These welding rectifiers can be also used for DC TIG welding applications by connecting suitable TIG control units (HF 2000 / 2000 AD /
3000 / 3000 AD)
• Most recommended for project site applications where easy portability / mobility light weight compact machines are desired due to space
constraints etc

APPLICATIONS
• HF 2000 and HF 3000 controls units are recommended for using alongwith dioded based, thyristor based or Inverter based DC rectifiers for DC
TIG welding applications, for both indoor and outdoor use at project sites
• HF 2000 units are used for light and medium duty DC TIG welding applications where as HF 3000 units (bult in with water cooling unit), are used
for continuous heavy duty DC TIG welding for full shift and regular production jobs
• HF 2000AD and HF 3000AD controls units are recommended for using alongwith AC power sources like RED / DH / DS / DR type transformers
for AC TIG wedling applications for both indoor and outdoor use at project sites
• HF 2000AD units are used for light and medium duty AC TIG welding applications where as HF 3000AD units (built in with water cooling unit), are
used for continuous heavy duty DC TIG welding for full shift and regular production jobs
