Mine case in the Queensland Land Court on economic issues around the environmental
and social impact of the proposed mine in September 2013.
Advised the Papua New Guinea Treasury on the adoption of a flexible exchange rate
regime, prepared as the report Duncan et al. (1998).
Consulted with mining company BHP on the legal and economic issues brought up by
Ok Tedi River compensation lawsuit in Papua New Guinea in 1994-1995.
