Physicals for the
2013-2014 School Year
Attention ALL Student Athletes:
If you plan on participating in any athletic event next
school year, you must have a physical. If you don’t
have one or need to renew your physical (you must
have a new physical every 2 years), here is your
chance to get one. Thursday, May 23, is the
scheduled day to have physicals at ETMC – First
Physicians Clinic at 734 West Commerce Street
starting at 6 pm for Junior High and 7 pm for High
School.
The cost is $20 (cash only this year). This is cheaper
than if you get a physical on your own. If you are
planning on playing any sport: football, volleyball,
cross-country, basketball, baseball, softball, tennis,
track, cheerleading, or golf, you MUST have a
physical on file.

What: 2013-2014 Atheltic Physicals
Where: ETMC First Physicians Clinic
Who Needs It: 7th, 9th, 11th grades, or just need a new
one
What Sports: ALL OF THEM INCLUDING
CHEERLEADING
When: May 23rd at 6 (for Junior High) and 7 (for
High School)
