Guitar Storage Students are required to label their guitar and guitar case with their names. White electrical tape works well for guitars and luggage tags work great for guitar cases. MAKE YOUR GUITAR & CASE EASILY IDENTIFYABLE! Eagle High School does not provide secured individual storage for guitars. Guitars are stored in the instrumental music room, in an unsecure guitar storage unit. The EHS music room is used by over 225 instrumentalists at EHS. A faculty member or coach is always present in the room when it is open for students. Although the room is secure, guitars are stored in an open fashion. Students are responsible for properly storing their guitars. Students should make their guitars and cases easily identifiable to prevent peers from mistaking one instrument for another. According to Joint School District No. 2 policy paraphrased from p.13 of the high school handbook: The school carries no insurance for lost or stolen items and is not responsible for them.
