Wednesday, October 7
Objective: students will be able to clearly explain the relationships between groups, conflict,
conformity, groupthink, and the movie “The Outsiders”.
Resources: Students will need their chapter 6 study materials
Assignments: we will be watching “The Outsiders” from the perspective of sociologists, relating
the film to our chapter on social groups.
Thursday, October 8
Objective: students will be able to clearly explain the relationships between groups, conflict,
