the production.
As a guide to structure your review, include the following points:
• Name of the show, the writer/company and the theatre where it was performed
• A brief description of the show and what it wasFor instance it might have been an original new play, a new production of a classic play, a new adaptation of

theatre performance. Mention for what age group the play was intended.
• A description of what the play was about – explain what you think it was trying to explore and show.
• Add what interested you most about the subject matter.
• A description of the characters who were involved and the main action that happened to them.
• Add how well you thought these characters were given life on stage by the performers and/or puppets/objects.
• A description of the way the director and designer decided to make a world for the characters and the story using the stage scenery, costumes, makeup and any effects created by lighting and sound.
• Add what you felt were the most successful aspects of the design.
• Finally conclude with a paragraph to your reader either to recommend this production or not and to say how successful you think it was for the audience.
