Summary
A highly skilled Information Technology professional and Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in programming,
hardware and software, server operations, testing, failure analysis, and manufacturing automation as well as
documentation. Possesses a demonstrated expertise in managing operating systems, hardware/software, applications,
and networking environments. As a committed and goal-oriented leader, readily adapts to technological advancements to
provide up-to-date, uninterrupted operations. Expertly resolves problems rapidly and conclusively for continual quality service.
Understands corporate technology needs and delivers significant contributions to propel business and product success.
While at IBM I took courses to obtain an Electrical Engineering Degree equivalency and continued to take other courses
to keep my skills up to date. I was given the opportunity to return to school. I welcomed being able to make improvements
and learn new skills. I believe that education is something that should always be on going. I continue to explore existing
and new technologies attempting to implement them where appropriate. I am currently taking courses towards a Health
Information Technology AAS degree.

Experience
IBM, Rochester, Minnesota
Electrical Engineer, Technician, Programmer, June 2006 – December 2008
While using my programming and engineering/technician skills, I support a Firmware development department. Firmware
programming is executed when necessary. Support includes problem determination and loading of workstations. It also
includes the testing of software developed by the team. Necessary training is implemented and tracked. Technical writing
and database skills are used in this support. Safety, Security, Quality and Productivity are among my highest priorities.
