Faculty’s Goals and Objectives For Academic Year 2007 – 2008 In the semester prior to the beginning of the next academic year each faculty shall identify his or her goals and objectives for the next academic year. In April of the preceding academic year, the faculty of the department shall meet and approve the goals and objectives for each of the faculty members within the department. In January of the next academic year an addendum may be added to adjust the faculty member’s goals and objectives. Faculty should use the Goals and Objectives of the Department of Natural Sciences, the Annual Report Guidelines, and the Annual Report documents as basis for determination of the faculty’s goals and objectives.
