Review
Purpose
Two-fold
To elevate the quality of support for a fewer
number of performance sports, engaging in
purposeful sporting partnerships, and
creating an enhanced environment of
excellence for UBC’s coaches, studentathletes and Athletics Department
employees.
To boost the opportunities, leadership,
education and support for a broader number
of sports at the competitive club, community
club and intra-mural levels, reaching out to
more UBC students and increasing physical
activity and social connections through
regular, sporting participation and
competition.
