Logistics
The Logistics Department is responsible for the execution and provision of specified calendar
events.
Duties of this department include:



Coordinates logistics of all events from conception to set up and break down.
Creates work teams and work flow for logistics.
Assigns members to specific tasks per event.

Creative
The Creative Department members translate West End marketing and branding initiatives into the
appropriate visual or audiovisual advertisement.
Duties of this department include:



Photograph and record for all photography and video needs.
Work with liaisons and ministry chairs to design marketing material, logos, posters,
flyers, banners, etc.
TV Broadcast coordinating and messaging.

Compliance
The Compliance Department is responsible for auditing the functionality of the Marketing Ministry
and its assigned projects.
Duties of this department include:





Ensure and assess financial viability of special projects, including the Fearless 300
program, TV ministry, calling posts, Footsteps of Faith, etc.
Assess and approve Marketing Budget
Keep all financial records, including sales of West End CDs, videos etc.
Provide financial reports to West End Accounting & Finance Committee
Work with legal team to ensure efforts are in line with 501c3 status.

Technology
The Technology Team is IT department of Marketing, handling all computer based applications
systems.
Duties of this department include:




Handles all computer applications.
Manages Content Management system and church database.
Maintains West End mobile app.
Assist with any technology needs within the marketing committee, including the church
website, special projects, etc.

Administrative
The Administrative Department provides administrative and secretarial support to the Minister
and all of the church ministries.
Duties of this department include:






Helps sync minister’s schedule with church calendar to optimize West End marketing.
Coordinate and maintains the church calendar
Carries out ongoing initiatives such as the Fearless 300 campaign, Footsteps of Faith
program, TV ministry, etc.
Work with liaisons to ensure that programs and calendar events are complete on
schedule.
Correspond with outside vendors.
Work with the Technology Department to secure all important committee documents in
hard and soft copies.

Liaisons
Liaisons are the bridge between other ministries and the Marketing Ministry maintaining the
proper flow of information from one to the other.
Duties of this department include:



Correspond with all other church committees to ensure quality and timely efforts with
various programs and calendar events.
Communicates ministry's vision to the Creative Department and the Communications
Department for the production of visual and written communications for all promoted
events.
Communicate proper procedures for marketing assistance using the Marketing Ministry
Guidelines.

Communications
The Communications Department members work very closely with the Creative Department to
craft marketing messages to the public.
Duties of this department include:







Write articles for brochures, newsletters, scripts, etc.
Work with liaisons and ministry chairs to develop Quarterly newsletter content.
Works with ministry chairs and liaisons to scripts and develop calling post
announcements.
Creates messaging for and manages all Social media such as Youtube, Facebook and
twitter.
Assist with weekly content for the bulletin production.
Create PR Opportunities.
Work with all marketing departments to ensure relevant, legal, and accurate
messaging.
