STATEMENT
I, Thomas Brendan LYNCH of Anzac House, Rockhampton do solemnly and sincerely declare as
follows:OUTLINE
I
I am an expert scientist as well as a doctor of great integrity
II
I have practiced tissue and embryo transplants with extreme safety through four decades
III
Practitioners of human in vitro fertilization [IVF] have treated the lowest form of life – the
viruses of AIDS and HEPATITIS with dangerous disdain and the highest form of life – the
human embryo – ten thousand times larger than a virus – with lethal contempt.
IV
Practitioners of human IVF are now proposing to turn the highest form of life – the human
embryo – into a laboratory reagent.
DETAILS
I
BACKGROUND
1
I am a doctor who has always observed the Oath of Hippocrates which prohibits:Seduction – of anyone in the building
Abortion – even of a zygote
Euthanasia – even of the unfit or insane
Incompetence – especially to make money
Publication – of proper secrets

I am a doctor who discovered the cure of one of the seventy fatal infectious diseases of man
namely Amoebic Meningitis.
[Amoebic Meningitis was discovered by one of my teachers – Dr. E. H. Derrick – who also
discovered Q Fever].

I am a Scientist who has twice made the Scientific Breakthrough of the Year –
Determined by the American Association for the Advancement of Science
1996 – First Mutated Chemokine Receptor
 Mutated Chemokine Receptors in the Embryo render the person immune to AIDS
 Mutated Chemokine Receptors in a Cancer control pathways of Spread –
Spread is what causes Death
 The first mutated Chemokine Receptor was discovered by me
2000 – First Gene in the Human Genome
 the Human Genome is the very essence of a Human Embryo
 the first gene was cloned and sequenced from RNA supplied by me
II
EXPERIENCE in TISSUE and EMBRYO TRANSPLANTATION

In 1963 I conducted the first Eye Bank in Queensland: I personally collected the blood
from the eye donors and tested it myself for Syphilis: all the tests were negative

I have done 200,000 blood transfusions: in 1969 I discovered one of the important
blood groups of man – a powerful interracial antibody [blacks versus whites] which
featured in an Editorial in the New England Journal of Medicine.

The AIDS virus appeared in 1980. There was an epidemic of AIDS in the Brisbane
blood Supply between 1980 and 1984. I quarantined the Blood Supply in Central
Queensland between 1980 and 1985 and kept medical AIDS out of this region. The
first test for AIDS appeared in 1985 and I discontinued quarantine.

The Centre for Disease Control [CDC] in Atlanta Georgia published a Warning to
Practitioners of in vitro fertilization in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1983.
This warning mentioned Syphilis, Gonorrhoea, Hepatitis, Chlamydia, Trichomonas,
Cytomegalovirus, Herpes and “the presumed etiologic agent of the acquired
Immunodeficiency syndrome”. It is unfortunately true that much human IVF is simply
adultery in a test tube: regrettably many sperm donors are homosexuals with high
risk of carrying venereal disease.

Westmead Hospital IVF ignored good practice [for example my eye bank in 1963]
and warning from the highest authority [the United States Centre for Disease Control in
1983] and killed four mothers with AIDS transmitted in 1984.

Mullis at Cetus in California invented the Polymerase Chain Reaction [PCR} in 1986.
This allows direct detection of a virus in a carrier within hours or days of acquiring
the virus: there is NO need to wait weeks or months for antibodies to appear.

The Hepatitis C virus was cloned and sequenced about 1990. Diagnosis by PCR [in
days] or antibodies [in months] became available. Meanwhile I diagnosed and
published the first fatal Hepatitis C in Australia.

In 1994 Brisbane IVF transmitted several cases of Hepatitis C. Brisbane IVF
ignored:* Good practice – my 1963 eye bank
* Warning from CDC in 1983
* Disaster at Westmead IVF in 1984
* Current technology – rapid diagnosis of Hepatitis C since 1990

I have performed IVF in cattle. In cattle there is NO such thing as spare embryos.
The embryos are far too valuable to destroy. All embryos are put into surrogate
mothers. You put in an embryo and out comes a calf. The embryo is indeed a cow [or
bull].

I have NEVER performed IVF in humans. To do so means breaking the Hippocratic
Oath. Destroying embryos is simply abortion in a test tube.
III
HUMAN IVF – HUBRIS and DISASTER

The information presented above demonstrates that practitioners of human IVF have
NO understanding of viruses NOR embryos.

Human IVF has treated deadly viruses – HEPATITIS and AIDS with dangerous
disdain resulting in death.

Human IVF has treated human embryos with lethal contempt – also resulting in death.
IV
STEM CELLS
1
I have done cell cultures for four decades – having started Cytogenetics in
Queensland.

I have done NO work on stem cells due to a shortage of finance.

Embryonic stem cells are a construct produced by manipulating an early morula
or blastocyst.

Mouse embryonic stem cells can be genetically engineered.

Engineered stem cells can be inserted into a blastocyst eventually leading to transgenic
mice.
V
CLONING
1
Cloning was predicted by Spemann in 1915: Spemann said it would be necessary to
obtain an OVUM and remove its nucleus.

Wilmut made the Scientific Breakthrough of the Year for 1997 by discovering a few
other technical tricks needed to make Spemanns system work.

I have supplied the Medical Evidence in a number of Rape cases.

Biologically – rape is the forced entry of foreign genetic material = sperms into the
genital tract of a woman: as a consequence of rape a sperm may fertilize an ovum.

Biologically – cloning is the forced entry of a whole nucleus into an ovum – the very
essence of rape.

Rape and Abortion are crimes in Australia.
