Abstract
The purpose of this report is to compare and contrast two different scientific advances which are the
tumor-tracking technique and the miniature wearable PET scanner. After that,
contributes more
the one which
to human lives will be determined. The thesis statement of this report is the tumor-
tracking technique is more beneficial than the PET scanners. To prove this thesis statement,
Internet
research is used. As following the information, the tumor-tracking technique contributes more to
human lives than miniature wearable PET scanners. The reason
is that it has many benefits such as
economizing on time and money. However, the miniature wearable PET scanner possibly substitutes
another device such as CT. Therefore, the tumor-tracking technique is more useful to human lives.
1. Introduction
These days, there has been fast development
in the high-tech industry. The purpose of this report is
to compare and contrast of two different scientific advances
in order to find which one is
more
significant for human lives. One of the scientific advances is tumor-tracking technique by
radiotherapy. The other scientific advance is PET scanner, which is a miniature wearable. These two
scientific advances
both contribute to human being’s lives. However, the tumor-tracking technique
contributes more to human lives than the PET scanner.
2. Methodology
In order to prove the hypothesis of the report,
online research of the information was done. The
original source was the web site named e! Science News, which is about given before start the
assessment. On basis of the original resource, the other supporting resources are chosen through
research on the websites. In addition, it can help not only to get specific information but also Figures.
The information helps people to understand the point a lot easier than before.

3. Finding
One of the scientific advances is called new tumor-tracking technique. This technique was discovered
by physicists at Jefferson's Kimmel Cancer Center in 2011. The other scientific
miniature wearable PET scanner. This
was
created by scientists from Brookhaven National
Laboratory in 2011. To be specific, the tumor-tracking technique
radiotherapy is made
to detect and fight cancer. The reason is
sex or age, many people died because of the cancer. The other
uses radiotherapy. The
shown in Figure 1, irrespective of
name of the miniature wearable PET
scanner is similar to the CT scan that can see inside the human
made
innovation is the
body. The PET scanner
was
to diagnose diseases. In the past, the most common cancer treatments are actually three ways
which are chemo therapy, surgery, and radiotherapy. However, all the three ways of treating cancer
were not really recognized to others because of the risks. The machine of miniature wearable PET
scanners was also not really recognized. The reason why is in the past, the PET scanners are not only
big but also
not wearable. For instance, in the past, studying animals with a PET scanner required
general anesthesia. It causes many side effects such as pain, discomfort, nausea, vomiting, and feeling
of drowsiness. However, today, scientists tried to invent new things which
contribute to humanity.
Not only tumor-tracking technique but also the miniature wearable PET scanners contribute to human
lives very much
in many ways. Otherwise, these two different advances have similarity. Both
advances belong to medical science. It is dealing with human lifespan.

4. Discussion
Based on the findings, it
further clarification proved that the tumor-tracking technique contributes
more to human lives than the miniature wearable PET scanners. The reason why is according to
results, the tumor-tracking technique have more benefits than miniature wearable PET scanners. The
tumor-tracking technique developed 4D robotic systems to save time and to prevent unnecessary
spending. The 4D robotic system can find where the tumor is so that
patients can cope with the
illness quickly. Not only this; it can also be used to treat many kinds of cancer in almost any part of
the body. On the other hand, this helpful
technique is possible damage
technology also has few risks. The risk of tumor-tracking
to normal cells. It causes another thing which is
damaging DNA.
Another advance is miniature wearable PET scanners it belongs to medical science which is deal with
human lives. The most beneficial characteristic of the miniature wearable PET scanner is safety. It is
not harmful to humans. It can find the tumor or any diseases safely and quickly. On the other hand,
the miniature wearable PET scanner is close contact with pregnant woman, babies, and young
children.

PET scanner is not only a means to find diseases. There are other ways to detect it . Therefore,
PET scanner is useful but not necessary. However, as shown in Figure2,
incidence of cancer in
many people is steadily increasing. In addition, as shown Figure 1 and Table 1, many people died of
many different fields of cancer. The tumor-tracking technique is very necessary to human beings to
detect destroyed cells and to fight cancer. This technique helps people live a longer-term than before.
5. Conclusion
In conclusion, the tumor-tracking technique contributes more to human lives than the miniature
wearable PET scanners. The tumor-tracking device is necessary to human beings that it can make
people live a long-term life. In addition, the tumor- tracker
