Asking users about what they want – ongoing Dashboard design ideas Access to PHE data to enable locally relevant measures and intelligence Exploring access to local data sets iWantGreatCare Greater Manchester Cancer Vanguard Innovation iWantGreatCare ● World’s largest patient review site – over 4 million patient reviews published ● Patient experience and outcomes in real time ● Reviews of individual clinicians, hospitals, community services, hospices, GP practices etc. ● Approx 100,000 new reviews every month ● Operating internationally in 23 countries, 18 languages ● Question sets developed and refined over 8 years to meet needs of patients and providers ● Involved in Cancer Vanguard since Feb 2016 Greater Manchester Cancer iWGC & the Vanguard Vanguard Innovation ● Questions applicable to each care setting that are easy to understand and to complete, providing the opportunity for patients and carers to provide feedback on care and treatment across all contact points. ● Questions devised to address some of the key indicators and outcomes of the Vanguard, such as: ○ Respect for patient-centred values (including dignity, quality of life, shared decisions) ○ Information and communication (on care and treatment and the involvement of family and friends) ○ Coordination and integration of care across and within services ○ Access to care, in particular the timeliness of access to services ○ Demographics to enrich data analysis.
