Main outcomes:
• Successfully co-organised the first collaborative seminar between MOEJ,
IGES and REC, which welcomed 37 important stakeholders from 10
countries.
• Initiated building a platform to encourage policy dialogue on
decarbonisation and low-carbon technologies (LCTs) between crosscontinental countries.
• Introduced the initiatives of Japan for promoting the diffusion of LCTs and
strengthened its presence in Central and Eastern Europe and South Eastern
Europe
