February 23, 2012 CONTACT: Lois Boynton, [email protected], 919/401-9333 FOOD FAIRY RETURNS – HEALTHY EATING PROGRAM SPONSORED BY CORNUCOPIA AND CARING HOUSE Cornucopia Cancer Support Center and Caring House present “Healthier Eating 2012,” featuring Terri McClernon, the Food Fairy, on Tuesday, April 5. The free program begins at 7 p.m. at the Caring House, 2625 Pickett Road in Durham. McClernon, a personal chef, will provide cooking tips, food tasting, resource sharing and easy recipes to enhance good nutrition. For those with cancer, food may lose its appeal or cooking may seem too hard. Yet, nutrition is a key element during cancer treatment. Please RSVP at 919/490-5449.
