Scheduling/Use
 Contact the Masonic Cancer Center Administrative Office at [email protected] or call (612)
624-8484 to schedule. Call promptly if your event is canceled.
 Priority is given to Masonic Cancer Center members for cancer-related events.
 Use of Masonic Cancer Center Conference Rooms is a privilege. Noncompliance with guidelines
could result in your future loss of conference room use.
 Scheduled time needs to include set up/clean up. Your group is expected to be out of the room at
the end of reserved time.
 Call RBMS (612) 625-3511 for facility problems.
 MCC does not provide technology support. Adapters are available to be checked out from the
administrative office (list below). If you have concerns over using the equipment please look into
it prior to use.
 Unscheduled use of the room is prohibited.
 You are responsible for assuring the room is clean and ready for the next event. If you do not find
the room clean and ready for your event, contact [email protected] or call (612) 624-8484 so
we can follow up.
 Visit Classroom Technical Services for information about outside vendors who will provide rental
equipment and event support.
