CRITICAL NOTE TO THE ELECTRICIAN – MUST READ PRIOR TO AUDIT
You are performing this audit for your client who is interested in purchasing the “Energy Avenger Series” from
Integrated System International Energy Controls (ISI). This equipment is an energy efficiency control device that
will be connected to the control panel running these lights. The Energy Avenger Series will save KWH demand and
billable energy on HID lights (ONLY) connected to this panel. An incomplete or incorrect audit form will result in
the wrong size product being ordered, which will not perform as intended. Incorrect electrical measurements
will result in a replacement having to be reinstalled and may be at your cost.
At the end of the audit please download or copy this information onto our on line audit form attached and send to
ISI Energy. Within a 3-5 day period of audit completion we will reply to your ISI Representative with the proper
size Energy Avenger Series unit.
Please be sure you have entered ALL the correct HID affected data into this audit, also double check as you will be
required to sign off on this audit for your client prior to the order. Should you have questions please contact your

NOTE: Fill out the attached panel schedule. Each dedicated HID circuit must be read by
an amprobe meter after twenty minutes of burn time for each circuit.
The circuit readings must be accurate with phase identification and circuit numbers.
Auditors must turn on each circuit and identify fixtures that are being probed. Count
fixtures that are on that circuit then make sure that each of the fixtures are off when the
circuit is turned off.
