Select the CCS Calculated Tables web part and click Add. Click the edit menu and select Modify Shared Web Part You can now configure the web part to summarize information from a list in your site. Configuration Once you have added the CCS Calculated Table Web Part to a page, you can configure it using the following Tool Part menus: Pivot Table Configuration Caption & Font Styles Appearance Pivot Table Configuration List Select the list on which report needs to be run. View You base the CCS Calculated Tables web part on any view from the current site by selecting it in the dropdown. You can optionally filter by any public view. If you don't choose a view then all records in the list will be used. Using views gives you great flexibility to filter the data you want to include in the CCS Calculated Tables web part Field You can select which field to use for the Column in a table view. Sort You can choose to sort these values in Ascending or Descending order and if Totals should be displayed for the Rows/Columns Field You can select which field to use for the Row in a table view. Calculation Summary: A comma separated list of values found in this field Count: A Count of the number of records where this field was not empty Count as %: The same as Count but expressed as a percentage of the Count grand total Sum: A Sum of the values found in this field Sum as %: The same as Sum but expressed as a percentage of the Sum grand total Min: The smallest value found in this field Max: The largest value found in this field Range: The difference between the Min and Max values for this field Average: The Arithmetic Mean of values found in this field Std Dev: The Standard Deviation of values found in this field Decimal Places Choose the number of decimal places you want to see in table for a column A tooltip can be displayed when hovering over any particular cell. It can be useful to show the most important calculation in the Calculated Table cells but provide other values as part of the tooltip. You can (depending upon the data type of the Value field) choose the same calculations as shown above. Caption & Font Styles You can also set the labels, alignment and font sizes for Captions, Column & Row Headers along with the alignment and font-size for the table's cells. If you do not want a caption for a particular area then leave the textbox empty. Appearance The Table Appearance toolpart allows you to modify the appearance of the CCS Tables web part to fit in with your site. Border, Padding and Spacing (values in pixels) change how the HTML table is rendered. You can also change the text and background colors used for the Caption, Cells and Row and Column headers. You can choose Alternating row and column colors that will use a slightly darker color on every 2nd row or column - helping you to line up cells with their corresponding row and column.
