Some Technology Used to
Protect the Hot Springs
 Well for public use technology is used to make sure the
water is conserved.
 The mountains are managed by technology to make
sure to preserve the hydrological systems that feeds
into the springs.
Hot Spring’s Landforms
 Fact:
 Hot Springs National Park is 5,550 acres.
Hot Springs--- A hot spring is a spring of water that is in a stream current, which the park is named after.
Mountain--- A mountain is a place where two big parts of land collided and have smashed together and made what
we call a mountain.

How the Hot Springs Were
Formed
 Why was the water warm to make the “hot springs”
form?
The reason the water was like that is because the water
sinks and the compression and natural heat warms the
water when it rises again a bit like the convection current.
