Ancient India – Diamante Poem Hinduism VS Judaism OBJECTIVE: Synthesize information about the beliefs of Judaism and Hinduism in a diamante poem. DIAMANTE POEM: A poem in the shape of diamond. Each line uses specific types of words, like adjectives and –ing words. It does not have to rhyme. 1- DOG (Noun) 2 - Hairy (Adjective), Slobbery (Adjective) 3- Barking (ing-word), Sniffing (ing-word), Scratching (ing-word) 4- Clifford, Lassie, Heathcliff, Tom or Both animals are human pets (short phrase) 3- Playing, climbing, cleaning 2- Sneaky, Curious 1- CAT Diamante Poem Link http://www.readwritethink.org/files/resources/interactives/diamante/ PART I: PRACTICE 1.
