Project Description
The Enterprise Data Warehouse is aimed at addressing the exponential growth in the volume of real time
surveillance data to be maintained with less data latency by DTCC. The EDW was set-up in three phases.
Phase I - Integrate the financial market sources required for the Banking Compliance reporting; Phase II Integrate the BaNCS (Retail, Business & Islamic banking) with EDW.
Phase-III: Integrate Credit card, Corporate loans, Transaction banking, Trade finance.

The AML Centre of Excellence team needed a one stop shop to identify potential threats, compliance misses
and regulatory misses so they built an Enterprise data warehouse thus enabling them to use this as an
alternative to the already existing Operational Data store for their reporting needs.
Role in the Project
 Worked as a Lead in Understanding the business requirement specifications provided by the client and
translate them into ETL design specification, and create mappings, sessions and workflows.
 Performed extensive research in drill down of postgresql query in Greenplum using PGADMIN 3.

It involved the migration of data from multiple source systems , the data being highly unstructured and from
various geographical regions and parameters had to be centralized in order for different regulations of

Role in the Project
