Job Title: BI Analyst/ETL Developer
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Manager, Business Intelligence (BI), the analyst is responsible to integrate business
processes into Business Intelligence systems; enabling the creation of actionable intelligence
which supports business goals and objectives.
Specifically, the incumbent will be responsible for:



Managing data and analysis requests end to end, including gathering data requirements,
analyzing it, compiling into reports, synthesizing recommendations from the data, and
presenting results.
Design, development and support of ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading)
components, which will be used to move large amounts of data from source systems into
the data warehouse.
Provide technical support to the Manager, Business Intelligence in the development and
delivery of business intelligence solutions and ongoing development and maintenance of
the data warehouse.
Requirements:







At least one year of experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and ETL
development.
At least one year of experience in SQL Server database development (data modeling,
stored procedures, functions and query optimization).
Hands-on experience with BI reporting tools specially IBM Cognos is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical/data driven degree.
Business Analyst experience preferred but not required.
Has strong presentation and collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the
job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation.
Proven ability to manage multiple activities and priorities workload.
