Narrative Report: Following my graduation from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, I served as a medical intern, medical resident, and chief medical resident at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. I then began my clinical fellowship in hematology/oncology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a major teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School. During my time at Beth Israel, I worked to develop my clinical skills while engaging in opportunities to contribute to the education of Harvard medical students and Beth Israel Deaconess residents and to pursue scholarly activities in the field of breast oncology. Following my graduation from fellowship, I accepted a job at Montana Cancer Center in Missoula, Montana, as a clinical hematologist/oncologist. I am proficient in performing bone marrow aspirates and biopsies as well as lumbar punctures with administration of intrathecal chemotherapy. Patient load 2007-2008: 30/week. Patient load 20082009: 10-15/week (reduced in the second year of fellowship to allow for research activities) and in 20092010: 30/week.
