Aims
The Coaching For Success Programme at Kirklees College will ensure
students can :
identify and access the support available in the college for achievement and progression

be aware of and uphold clear standards for positive behaviour

identify personal learning styles and develop relevant study skills

recognise the importance of equality and diversity and core British values

value the health, safety and well being of themselves and others

build effective and positive relationships with others

take ownership of their own learning

identify and own appropriate goals and targets for development and achievement


