ABC Food Law is a niche law firm. I am currently a trainee solicitor in my final year of the
Legal Practice Course. I am responsible for criminal and civil litigation, commercial contracts,
employment, immigration and business law as well as providing specialist food law advice to
businesses and enforcement agencies.
2002 - Present : Director ABC Food Safety Limited
ABC Food Safety is a specialist food law consultancy which provides Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) training to food law enforcement officers throughout the UK.
2000 – 2003 Middlesex University: Programme Manager (Food Safety)
Responsible for the BSc Environmental Health programme and the delivery of a range of
food safety courses at undergraduate and post-graduate levels. Lecturer in Food Safety,
Food Standards, Pest Control, Environmental Health Practice, Legal Studies; author of a
series of Continuing Professional Development courses delivered both in-house and off site
primarily for practicing Environmental Health Officers.
