Solid State Reversing
Through the addition of 4 SCRs and a reversing card, motor
reversing is achieved without having to stop the motor.

By-Pass Contactor
By-Pass is closed once the motor has reached operational speed.
The SCRs are then switched off which saves power by eliminating
the heat generated in the SCRs through the voltage drop.
