2008- up to date
Research fellow, Head of the inter-chair Laboratory of Molecular
Medicine, Siberian State Medical University, Tomsk, Russia
Projects: Mechanisms of dysregulation of cooperation between
eosinophils and immune cells in blood eosinophilia
Head of Laboratory Immunology and Cell Biotechnologies,
Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University, Kaliningrad, Russian
Federation.
Projects:
1. Study the mechanisms of regulation of the immunological
memory in normal and pathological conditions:
Molecular mechanisms of violations of the structure, metabolism
and function of blood cells in pathology; Development of new
technologies to obtain individual universal T cell vaccines that are
effective in treating autoimmune diseases; Study of molecular
biological mechanisms of modulation of the immunological
memory in norm and autoimmune diseases; Study of cellular
and endocrine mechanisms of regulation of immunological
memory; The influence of steroid hormones on the functional
activity and processes of self-maintenance of T-cell immune
memory.
(Topicality
was
confirmed
by
obtaining
federal destination grants)
2. The study of molecular and immunological mechanisms of the
pathogenesis of the metabolic syndrome:
Investigation of immunopathological reactions in metabolic
syndrome; Study of the variability of mitochondrial DNA of
adipocytes in metabolic syndrome; Investigation of molecular and
cellular mechanisms of formation of chronic inflammation in
metabolic disorders; Search and identification of prognostic
significance of molecular and cellular markers in socially
significant diseases; Molecular and genetic mechanisms of
metabolic abnormalities in insulin resistance; Study of the
association of endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene
polymorphisms and metabolic syndrome in Russian population;
Study of gene expression of proinflammatory cytokines and
adipokines in metabolic syndrome. (Topicality was confirmed by
obtaining federal destination grants)
3. The study of molecular-genetic, morphological and functional
properties of multipotential mesenchymal stem cells (MMSCs):
The study of the regenerative capacity of multipotential
mesenchymal stem cells in various types of tissues; Development of
3D tissue-engineering constructs.
International scientific collaboration with Laboratory of
Experimental Modeling, Department of Cell and Tissue
Technologies, Institute of Genetic and Regenerative Medicine of
National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine in Kiev,
Ukraine.
