All applicants for admission to the DMA in Orchestral Instruments will complete this questionnaire and
submit it the Office of Graduate Admissions as part of the application materials. The DMA committee will
choose the applicant’s entrance recital program from repertoire listed herein by the applicant and notify the
applicant of their selection not less than 30 days prior to the recital.
The programs of studies will also be guided by the results of this questionnaire, which becomes part of the
student’s permanent record.
The purpose of the following is to discover the applicant’s scope and depth of experience in major literature
written for his/her instrument.
