Polycrystalline cultured alumina offers the highest combination of translucency and shock resistance. the
metal slot reduces friction and increases sliding mechanics as well as increasing the strength of the bracket. the

Avair™ brackets are made from a hybrid biocompatible
material that is a dispersion of Acrylic and two different
copolymers, with a small amount of polycrystalline
alumina for increased strength.
Avair™ brackets have a textured base for a secure

Avair™ brackets are clear and stain-resistant. The

2.4°/ Multi Strand Stainless Steel
Due to the gentle nature of the wire, Round stranded
wires are traditionally used in early treatment to correct
misaligned teeth.
    STRANDS
Stranded wires apply a low force level over a given span
with minor to moderate deformation depending on the
severity of the malocclusion.
Rectangular stranded wires are typically used in
transitional applications to align and detail occlusions

Permanent retention is greatly enhanced using a flattened,
dead soft, 8 braided wire. Intra-arch splitting with this thin
ribbon arch prevents torque control problems that can
occur using a round braided wire for these procedures.
When bonded on the lingual of the upper incisors, a very
thin rectangular wire can be adapted with little lower incisor

monomer that contains fluoride. The Light Bond™ Paste is a

desired for bonding lingual retainers and acrylic appliances, Light
Bond™ Thin or Medium Paste is available.
Light Bond™ is comprised of a catalyst and filler that reflects

Three (3) to choose from: pedo, adult and NEW medium (adapter clip) Insert with the opening
facing the palate. Seat the tongue shield into
the lower arch and upright so that the rounded top portion engages
the palate. When placed in the mouth, the palate rests on the top of

Primary dentition
The Infant Trainer™ is an active exerciser that encourages
patients to chew correctly while using the jaw muscles. The
Infant Trainer™ helps patients breathe through their nose
and it also trains them to swallow and position their tongue
correctly.
5.2.2°/ Trainers T4K
Early mixed dentition
The Pre-Orthodontic Trainer for Kids™ (T4K®) has become one of the
most popular and successful products available from MRC. The T4K® is
most effective in early mixed dentition for tooth eruption guidance
and correction of myofunctional habits.
T4K® Phase 2 - Correcting Tooth Alignment
Once the dental alignment improves, the harder T4K® Phase 2 (pink or red) is used. This is much stiffer (same principle
as orthodontic archwire). As the teeth come into place, more force can be used to encourage their alignment. The
myofunctional characteristics are the same as the T4K® Phase 1. Use the finishing T4K® Phase 2 for a further 6 to 12
months. Use beyond this period is recommended depending on the outcome and the next phase of orthodontic
treatment.
Patient Selection
The optimum patient age for the T4K® is 6 - 8 years of age. Although it is possible to use the T4K® in patients ranging
from the primary right through to the permanent dentition, as dentition progresses the effectiveness of the T4K® as
the sole method of treatment is lessened.

Patient Selection : The T4A™ is best suited to patients 12 - 15+ years of
age in the early stages of the permanent dentition.
The T4A™ is like the T4K® but designed for the permanent dentition. It
has higher sides in the canine region to align erupting canines and the
distal ends are longer to accommodate the second molars.
The combination of labial bows and tooth channels with the 2 phase hardness, polyurethane material, give good
alignment of anterior teeth. The Myofunctional Effect™ also retrains oral musculature making it ideal in retention and
minor relapse cases. The T4A™ is made of polyurethane and is available in two versions - Phase 1 (softer version) and
Phase 2 (harder version).
5.2.4°/ T4B for braces
The Trainer for Braces™ (T4B™) is intended for routine use with newly banded cases. The T4B™ is highly flexible,

The SciCan Dri-TecV drying system provides a perfectly dry load every time. In addition,
Bravo’s large capacity allows the office to quickly process three wrapped full-size cassettes or

appointment. These cost effective jackets are easily sized and trimmed with
