STUDY INFORMATION DOCUMENT I am Tracy Zhandire and I am undertaking a research project as part of the Masters in Medical Informatics in the Department of Tele-Health at the University of KwaZuluNatal. I am conducting a study on Knowledge, attitude and perception of 4th and 5th year students from UKZN Medical School towards the use of HIV drug resistance interpretation algorithms. The study involves completing a questionnaire. Your participation in the study is voluntary and you may choose not to participate. Failure to participate will have no negative consequences for you and will not affect your studies or result in any sanction. You will be free to withdraw from the study at any time and you may decline to answer any or some of the questions as you wish. No personal information will be shared with anyone. Your name is not requested in the survey. No information will be used that could identify you in any report or publication resulting from this study.
