Fitness (T.E.F.) I can perform a variety of exercises and to improve or maintain my body composition. Composition? Have you ever composed something? Music • Music is made up of notes and beats. Activity 2 • We are going to play the tagging game called fat attack. • As you know some fat is needed for ENERGY, CUSHIONING, AND PROTECTION. • Too much is Unhealthy.
