Essentials of Cellular Structural Support for Hair, Skin & Nails
Hour-by-Hour Outline for CMU Certification: 12-Hour Seminar
Updated 2-15-14
Seminar Approach
In looking at a patient, the practitioner is able to quickly access the health of that individual. In these
highly academic times, we are now able to make body parts in a laboratory setting. Education about Stem
cell and Germ Cell physiology is now imperative to the practitioner as relates to Skin Diseases. A patient’s
desire to look good and feel good can motivate compliance to health measures they might otherwise
neglect. Also systemic diseases can be easily diagnosed by examination of the skin, hair and nails. In this
seminar, Dr. Greer educates the practitioner about how health translates to beauty via hair health, skin
health and nail physiology. What does a patient’s appearance tell you about their health issues? And
how do health issues undermine a patient’s appearance? Dr. Greer will recommend a comprehensive,
physiological approach to health and beauty, incorporating herbal and nutritional supplement descriptions
for their mechanism of action, that promote both health and beauty inside and out. Dr. Greer will discuss
how to motivate patients to aspire to beauty through health.
