The picture in the square is a closer look at a few of the stars in the larger image. You can see even though stars look
like bright dots when we look at them from Earth, when you look more closely with a telescope you can see that they
are really large burning balls of gas like our own Sun. These burning balls of gas put out lots of energy - that’s why we
can see them in space.
