The classes are fluid and students will be moved accordingly. Each maths teacher has a different way of setting homework. Students will be following Literacy based activities reflecting the Stage 2 Literacy program for 1hour. The second hour will involve students in Stage 2 Personal Development and Health topics. Both lessons are developed around the teaching content of the stage but taught bilingually. Class Organisation •Each teacher will set homework for their class. •There will be homework from maths classes issued separately by your child’s maths teacher. Homework Sport •PSSA, Tennis, CAPA, School Sport on Friday mornings •Individual classes go out at different times for P.E lessons. School Supplies Absences •Please pay your Book Fee as soon as possible as it is very important to the financial running of the school. •Please remember to send an absence note within 7 days of absence •If you need to take your child early or are running late to school, please go to the office first to inform the office. Students explore real-world problems and challenges while working in small collaborative groups. Projects are filled with active and engaged learning, Critical Thinking Creative Thinking Collaboration Communication Students are inspired to obtain a deeper knowledge of the subjects they're studying. Students develop confidence and self-direction as they move through both team-based and independent work. Students hone their organisational and research skills, develop better communication with their peers and adults, and often work within their community while seeing the positive effect of their work.
