Trousdale County Schools Weekly Lesson Plan Teacher: Canaan Bowman Pacing Guide Week #: 7 Dates: 9-16 – 9/20 5 days Subject: Geometry Common Core Standard(s) to be taught: (Write the entire standard) CCSS – G-CO.4 – Develop definitions of rotations, reflections, and translations in terms of angles, circles, perpendicular lines, parallel lines, and line segments. CCSS – G-CO.5 – Given a geometric figure and a rotation, reflection, or translation, draw the transformed figure using, e.g., graph paper, tracing paper, or geometry software. Specify a sequence of transformations that will carry a given figure onto another. SPI(s) to be taught: (Write the entire SPI) SPI 3108.4.10 Identify, describe, and/or apply transformations on two and three dimensional geometric shapes.
