They perform medication management, provide consultation, second opinions, and appear in mental health hearings as needed. At the discretion of the Chief Medical Officer and according to census and established medical need for services, Psychiatrists may be assigned to CCSU, Adult CSU, or Emergency Services. Accurately and completely prepares staffing sheets with continual revisions as necessary. Routinely works with managers to schedule PTO requests according to guidelines. Effectively collaborates with managers to cover last minute call-offs.
