Impulse counter Impulse counter is a device that is used to gather data on usage of water, electricity, gas or other media and to transmit that date by 2-wire bus (M-Bus) to data containers or to remote data readers. The device has up to 4 inputs that can be used by non-potential contacts of the measuring meters (from water, gas, etc.). Control unit uses 2-wire line to supply power to the counters. In case of a power failure over the M-Bus line, the counter will continue to work independently, using its built-in battery, with no loss of impulses from the inputs, within a 6 year period. All parameters of the counter are protected from unauthorized change. The device has a built-in program support and physical parameters in compliance with the EN 1434 standard. During a single call, all the counters connected to the dialed control unit, will be readout. Coaxial cable is used to connect the antenna and the adequate connector on the unit (GSC). TIP 16 M-BUS.GSM 900/1800 WIRELESS REMOTE COUNTER READING – M-BUS SYSTEM Radio reading and data transfer This system is used for remotely view the meters (water, gas, el. energy, etc.) state. It consists out of impulse counter, wireless reader, wireless repeater and a wireless bridge for connecting wireless readers with the wired M-BUS MKWBRG 100. 1. Wireless impulse counter (meter) Wireless impulse counter is used for collecting data about the measured media and to transmit that data wirelessly using radio waves (868 MHz, ISM) to wireless data readers or data containers. Unit has up to 2 inputs on which non-potential contacts from the mentioned meters can be connected. Every input represents a single counter that can be remotely read by radio waves as well as parameters for transforming impulses into quantity or into tariff rates and data about the meter site. Data transmission process is conducted between data readers and impulse counters by radio transmission. Unit is powered by batteries and depending on the work mode, network configuration, batteries could last from 8 to 14 years and can be replaced after depletion. Wireless repeater for wireless impulse readers M-BUS MKWREP100 Impulse reader MKWREP100 is a device that collects data, saves them into memory and transmits them to the next repeater for further processing. Maximum number of readouts that can be saved into memory is 1024. Data collection and transmission to the next repeater is via radio waves. It is used to connect networks that would be otherwise unreachable. The device is powered by 220V AC. 4. Wireless bridge for connecting wireless impulse counters to a wired M-BUS system M-BUS MKWBRG 100 The device is used to connect wireless impulse counters to a wired M-BUS system, which allows a creation of hybrid network to collect data on supervised media. Power supply is provided from the wired M-BUS. Power usage, with 20 M-BUS loads is 30mA. Optimal number of wireless counters is 40, depending on the network operational mode. Associated counters are memorized in the MKWBR 100 and transmitted to the wired M-BUS, on demand. Alarm telegrams (ex. high consumption, unexpected measurement results, etc.) are transmitter instantly. 17 RS 232(485) SIGNAL / OPTICAL SIGNAL CONVERTER Communication interconnection system ZSK100 The ZSK100 communication system enables interconnection of several peripheral devices into star configuration on a single location, or several close locations, by means of serial communication. The main transport media is optical fiber, which makes the system suitable for use under harsh electromagnetic conditions, like in electrical substations, where strong electromagnetic transients can lead to errors in communication, but also can damage interconnected devices. The use of optical fiber (glass or plastic), star configuration as well as each channel supervision, prevents a single channel from blocking the communication in the rest of the system. The system can be configured for “master/slave” communication, but can also be used for peer to peer communication (e.g. LON communication system from ABB). Besides fiber optic modules, the system includes modules for RS232 and RS485/RS422 communication also. It is possible to achieve galvanic isolation between two nodes by using two RS232 modules. It is also possible to convert from RS232 to RS485 or vice versa and to achieve galvanic isolation by using one RS232 and one RS485/RS422 module. The ZSK100 communication system is modular. Increments of 1 or 2 channels enables the optimal configuration of the system. The system can be powered, depending on power supply module type, by alternate or direct current in range from 220V to 24V. The system is intended to be installed on DIN rail. 18 REMOTE CONTROL AND SURVAILANCE DEVICE, Type: LBMB54 _ _ GSM - industrial PLC, GSM communication - The LBMB54 _ _ GSM series devices are installed in a remote facility or a system that supervises or controls that facility. They collect data in digital or analog form and process them. When establishing a link, via GSM, it is possible with the use of a computer (or a device that satisfies certain conditions) to read collected data and to give a command to perform certain operations. Establishing connections with built-in GSM module opens the digital communications between application in LBMB54 and personal computer equipped with a modem or a PDA with a GSM module installed. Software for devices that call LBMB54 is a terminal program (ex. Hyper terminal), with the parameters: 9600 bauda, 8N1 format. After establishing the connection, the device LBMB54, allows the user to view state of all the opto-isoliated inputs and relay outputs, control the relay outputs, prompt programming and phone number for the GSM device callback. It provides SMS alerts to a programmed number of GSM device, according to the wishes of the user, to provide adequate control quality. LBMB54 device is composed of microprocessor units, GSM modules and accompanying electronics. Built-in GSM module can operate at 900MHz and 1800MHz GSM networks. The interface is an indication of the modem operation, the signal quality (QoS) and the indication of a signal transmission in progress, and status indication opto input and relay output status. The device is powered by 24V DC voltage. Antenna connector to the magnetic antenna is made from coaxial cable that has appropriate connector (GSC). LBMB54 supports data transfer and SMS. Consumption of the device ranges around 18W while establishing connection and approximately 1.2 watts in standby mode. Temperature range for non-condensing environment is -10 to +60 ° C. Housing device is IP20 to IP55 protection, according to the request.
