The Seed Drill
The seed drill is a complex
machine that help farmers
plant seeds and cover the
seed with dirt. This machine
help farmers speed up
production during the Shang
Dynasty (1700 b.c) and made
crops grow more even.
Alcohol
People of the Arabian
peninsula were believed to be
the first brewers. Alcohol was
called " jiu" in ancient china.
Most chinese people used
alcohol as a spiritual offering
to the gods for hope and good
fortune.
Bronze
The Bronze Age was when
men learned how to mine and
smelt copper and tin to make
bronze weapons and
tools.people had made tools
out of stone and hunted and
gathered their food. However
in Bronze Age people leave
how to farm and produce
enough food.
Gun Powder
Gunpowder was invented by the
Chinese about 1000 ad. They
tried to find a potion to gain
human importance by mixing
elemental surfer, charcoal, and
saltltperpeter. It is believed that
gunpowder spread to Europe
during 1200-1300 ad. The
Chinese used the gunpowder for
mainly fireworks.
Iron smelting
Iron smelting started in the
zhou dynasty. during spring,
fall, and warring states
periods, china went into a
period of iron smelting. in the
han dynasty (202 bc - 220 ac)
goverment took control over
iron smelting, resulting in
remarkable development.
