I. CURRENT CLINICAL POSITIONS
1982 - present
Colorado PsychCare (CPC)- Psychiatric Medical Director: Founder and
Medical Director of this outpatient, multi-disciplinary psychological clinic
providing psychiatric, psychological, biofeedback and psychometric testing
services. CPC is primarily involved with general psychiatric/ psychological
counseling, occupational health, auto injury management, pain management,
cognitive rehabilitation and case management. CPC utilizes multi-disciplinary
therapies in the context of Intensive Case Management in order to achieve the
overall goals of cost containment, proper utilization of resources, prevention of
disability, and resolution of claims. Services are available to patients under
Worker’s Compensation, Auto and Personal Injury, General Insurance or cash
pay. Consultations are available to physicians, attorneys, insurance adjustors,
case managers, employers and individual patients.

Behavioral Medicine - Organized and directed the psychiatric component of this
Managed Care/Utilization Review company covering over 150,000 lives. Chairman
of the Psychiatric Utilization Review Committee. Directed the managed care
psychiatric PPO component that had over 130 providers.

Integrated Health Management - Psychiatric Medical Director: A
multidisciplinary Occupational health outpatient clinic providing medical case
management, independent psychiatric exams, psychotherapy, psychiatric case
management, psychometric testing, pain management, stress claim investigations,

treatment, EAP services, Fitness for Duty Evaluations, and a Intensive Outpatient
Pain Management Program.

Medical Director, STRESSWATCH, INC - Served as Medical Director and
founder of a company providing occupational psychiatric services, case
management, psychometric testing, pain management and stress claim
investigations.

Medical Director, Bowling Green of Colorado Hospital - Served as the Medical
Director of this 40-bed adult chemical dependency and psychiatric unit.
Responsibilities included supervising the entire clinical and nursing staff and
serving on the Medical Executive, Quality Assurance, and Utilization Review
committees.

HealthWatch Medical Centers - Director of Behavioral Medicine - Organized
and supervised the psychiatric assessments, treatment and consultations for this
Occupational Health Clinic network. Served as the main consultant for all
Disability, Worker's Comp, and chronic pain cases needing psychiatric
evaluation/case management. Provided EAP services to their clients.

Medical Director, Horizon Hospital, In-Patient Adolescent Psychiatric Unit Hired by Republic Health Corporation to direct a 25-bed adolescent substance
abuse and psychiatric unit. Responsibilities included supervising and directing the
entire clinical staff and program, and serving as the liaison to the Medical Staff.

program. Responsibilities included supervising all nursing, therapy, and ancillary
staff, ongoing directorship of the Unit, serving as a liaison to Hospital
Administration and Medical Staff, and monitoring the quality of treatment.
Vice-Chief, Department of Behavioral Medicine, Mercy Medical Center Responsibilities included organizing a Department of Psychiatry for Mercy Medical
Center, set up standards and bylaws for physicians and the hospital, and
organized the Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Committees.

Aurora Mental Health Center - Staff Psychiatrist: Served as the Medical
Director of a 15-bed, half-way house, supervised the Outpatient and Emergency
Services teams, evaluated all types of patients for diagnosis, medications and
treatment plans.
