Algumas particularidades de uma apresentação oral:
Trabalho apresentado “ao vivo”
Pode ser adaptada à audiência em tempo real
Obtem-se uma reacção imediata
A audiência não pode procurar material de bases para
compreender a apresentação melhor
Os ouvintes não podem “reler” a apresentação

O que quer saber o ouvinte no início da apresentação:
1. Sobre que é a apresentação ?
(área do estudo, como se enquadra num panorama geral, qual é o
assunto especificamente ?)
2. Porquê tenho de ouvi-la ?
(porque era preciso de fazer o trabalho e qual a sua importância ?)
3. O que preciso saber para perceber ?
(encaixar nos seus conhecimentos existentes)
4. Qual será a estrutura / lógica da apresentação ?  Outline

audiência durante o discurso ?
Apresentar o
que vale a pena
apresentar
- um tópico que interessa a audiência,
- um trabalho que tem maturidade suficiente
Manter clara a
lógica da
apresentação
- minimizar a possibilidade de perder o fio do discurso;
- deixar antecipar o desenvolvimento da história
Tornar claras
as mudanças
no decurso
passagem de um tópico ao outro,
da parte principal às conclusões etc.
Não se afunde
em
pormenores
detalhes a mais é um erro
muito frequente …
